Hello and Welcome! My name is Alyssa. I think I was around 10 years old when I baked my first cake. Of course, I had help from my lovely grandmother, but ever since then, my love for baking only grew.

Over the next few years, I started making cakes for my family's anniversaries and birthdays and, then a while down the road, my little brother's wedding cake. To this day, baking is still my favorite thing to do.

The thing is- I have a lot of allergies. Dairy and egg included. It made it almost impossible to find bakeries that offered dairy-free, let alone gluten-free and nut-free options. And once I'd find one, I'd have to drive 2 hours just to get to it.

I decided to experiment at home and it really paid off. Cakes, breads, and artisan loaves- all allergen-friendly.
